Duties: • Technical support for a team of 44 L1 technicians • Developing educational tutorials for technicians • Taking a position, giving opinions, helping in difficult cases • Contact with L3 technicians in cases of special problems

Duties: • Visual pre-check and qualification for the further repairs • Quality control for repaired mobiles, functionality control • Mobiles testing according to the genuine Apple procedure

Duties: • The deployments of customised images using: • WDS, MDT, Sys-prep, LAN Desk, Ghost. • OS installation & Configuration such as: XP, Vista, Win7, Win8-8.1 and Windows 10, including setup: TCP/IP, PXE, DHCP, DNS, AD-DS etc. • OS downgrades & upgrades including DATA migration • Office installation, Anti-Virus, Encryption and any other relevant software, • Configuration for end users (GPO-OU) • Monitoring & Diagnostics Tools: HP - Intelligent provisioning & IBM – DSA • PAT – Portable Appliance TestingHardware • HP Server Range from ML-DL (G7–G9) series & HP Storage range • HP BLC7000 Enclosures & Blade Range • IBM Servers (M3-M4), Storage systems range, IBM Blade Centre (E chassis) & Blade Range • Dell servers (Power edge) range • PC’s/Workstations & Laptops: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba, etc.

• Fault finding and diagnosing, troubleshooting, fault logs for the manufacturers • Printer configuration, • Operating systems installation, configuration, mostly HP, Lenovo, Toshiba and Dell devices, • PAT testing • Hardware installation, servers building • Asset tagging software • Upgrading various pieces of office software • Applying customer images to machines along with adding protective packaging on • Creating and updating spreadsheets • Logging customers orders and all data specified • Liaising with the sales team to assist with resolution of issues
