(Luxembourg) & othersACHIEVEMENTS:• Comprehensive development of the periodic financial and management reporting system for the Group - active participation in the implementation of the ERP system (IFS).• The leader of financial processes in cross-border merger projects.RESPONSIBILITIES:➤ Financial Strategy and Planning:• Development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans,• Providing financial analysis, forecasting,• Assessing and managing financial risks, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions,• Establishing and maintaining financial policies, procedures, and controls.➤ Financial Reporting and Analysis:• Preparing financial and management reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,• Providing comprehensive financial analysis and insights to the executive team and the Board of Directors,• Monitoring financial performance, identifying trends,• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.➤ Budgeting and Forecasting:• Leading the annual budgeting processes,• Monitoring and tracking budget performance, providing regular updates and variance analysis,• Developing long-term financial forecasts and scenarios to support strategic planning.➤ Cash Flow and Treasury Management:• Managing cash flows, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations and long-term growth,• Optimizing cash management strategies,,• Establishing and maintaining relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.➤ Stakeholder and Team Management• Collaborating with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies,• Communicating financial performance, risks, and opportunities to the executive team, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
