During that time he gained the trust and created good working environment with POs that led to polish their skills in backlog management and introduced custom tool for the feedback that was suitable for the client's culture approach to indirect feedback. His listening skills helped him feel the room and as the result guide the scrum team to set the direction on the product roadmap and goals to achieve, facilitate decision making process, uncover dysfunctions, work with the unfavourable feedback, create new workflow processes, map product improvements and assess the risk log.He also created the atmosphere of mutual trust and comradeship in complicated setting of fully remote work.
