Leading a Warsaw Stock Exchange listed K2 Internet S.A. - holding of 4 companies with 380 employees. Responsible for overall group P&L, group strategy, new business & development, investor relations, key customers.

Took the responsibility for business strategy and growth of the digital Agency business unit (100 employees). Increased client satisfaction and got awarded with TNS Smile Check customer satisfaction award in 2009 and later with IAB Agency of the Year award in 2012.

After completing assets transfer from Concept! AG, I took overall responsibility for Customer Service at K2 (25 employees). The key challenge here was measuring and tracking cost and profit per project, team and customer. I designed and implemented proprietary real-time resource planning and tracking system that enabled us to improve resource allocation and performance tracking, As a result we managed to improve projects profitability and grew customer service team in a leveraged manner, in line with account base growth. I personally managed Key Customers with assistance of my Account Directors Team.

Set-up Polish subsidiary of Concept! AG - a global, Frankfurt Stock Exchange listed interactive agency (WPP group of companies). Recruited team, successfully build client base. Provided services for both local and international clients. Due to a global acquisition by Ogilvy Interactive and Polish subsidiary divestment - transferred team, assets and customers to K2 Internet.

Founder of a butique Interactive Agency specialising in web-site design and interactive marketing communication. Created web-presence for a number of companies. Executed on-line advertising campaigns to support clients strategies and reinforce brand communication.
