In over thirty two years of practice I have represented a wide variety of clients in a wide variety of areas. I offer clients objective advice to help them work through and solve problems and move their business or personal life forward. I can offer a fresh perspective, identify an issue not otherwise apparent, and come up with practical solutions and a plan for a positive course of action. I try to give every client a big picture view and a pragmatic approach and offer day to day counseling and advice that can save trouble and expense down the road.I am a trial and appeals lawyer, representing plaintiffs and sometimes defendants in state and federal courts, including trials, class actions and arbitrations; appellate practice in state and federal courts; and cases in bankruptcy court. My cases have included class counsel in a WARN Act case, employment cases, products liability, injury and accident cases and a wide variety of commercial cases and workout litigation, from fraudulent transfer to shareholder disputes to foreclosures to preferences.
