Tom made a point of ensuring that each new employee felt welcome and comfortable within our facilities. He was one of the few in the company that would make sure to stop and ask everyone if they were doing alright, if he could do anything to help, and then once that was taken care of he would make sure to take the time to ask about our personal lives. Tom's ability to work well under pressure, coupled with his outstanding communication skills, made him a valuable asset to our organization. Our All Hands Quarterly meetings were impossible without the time and effort he put in to rearrange our entire office once a quarter. I was continuously floored to see that the very next day the entire office was back in place. He made sure we never missed a beat and could focus on our work. In conclusion, Tom has been sorely missed at Arryved, and if it were in my power, I would bring him back in an instant. I am certain I am not the only one who would say the same at Arryved.
