  I currently work as a Risk Analyst/Application Manager in Global Technology at Bank of America, primarily focusing on adherence to policies, standards and local laws, rules and regulations (LRRs) for end user technology.I have managed a wide variety productivity and collaboration products leveraged by employees at various stages throughout the application lifecycle, from our enterprise SharePoint platform used by 200k+ employees, to newer cloud technology with the introduction of M365 which aims to replace legacy tools and modernise employee experience.Whether the application is on-premises or hosted in the cloud, my role requires that I partner closely with numerous first and second line control teams, vendors and Vendor Management as well as Global Information Security to ensure that compliance is maintained across a multitude of work streams. This includes but is not limited to Vulnerability & End of Life Technology Management, Risk and Issues Management, Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking, Business Continuity Testing and Application Lifecycle Management.My role as an Application Manager expanded into a Risk Analyst role, guiding other Application Managers within the Line of Business to ensure that risk, control and security based deliverables/vulnerabilities are managed and resolved. Through working directly with Application Managers and providing reports to the Senior Leadership Team, I have found positive results and feedback from all stakeholders as I continue to drive the team towards compliance with system and board level metrics.Outside of my role, I previously lead a forum for entry level individual contributors, focussing on networking, career development and employee satisfaction. This included hosting regular calls and events to help people navigate their career within a global financial institution.
