I stepped into a management role overseeing three direct reports while continuing all my previously mentioned creative work and responsibilities.

Concepting, developing, and managing various award-winning projects to promote the Association that includes visual identities, digital design and assets, social media assets, direct response, print collateral, promotional items, presentations, and exhibits. I work with a team that includes senior management, writers, and business partners. I also oversee contractors and vendors in an effort that has helped the Association grow to be the world’s largest accounting membership body.

Managed and coordinated design, advertising, and Web projects from concept through completion, including developing logos, brands, ads, brochures, and comprehensive campaigns. Managed all operational, strategic, and financial functions.Rebranded small event and catering company, developing new brand and identity including logo, webpage, and multimedia advertising, which directly contributed to increased revenue from 800K to $2M+ over two years.Worked closely with clients to generate a creative vision, set standards, and meet time goals. Helped Fortune 500 company maintain corporate brand while developing regional training and award show collateral, tradeshow graphics, and quarterly internal newsletters.I coordinated freelance designers, consultants, and vendors to meet all project requirements. I acted as creative director to manage concept development and design of award-winning brochure showcasing the company’s new printing abilities.

Concepted and developed websites, corresponding collateral, and logos for a range of clients in industries including corporate travel, education, environment, and health care. Managed project timelines, budgets, and vendors; maintained project oversight on all jobs from start to finish.

Worked independently as well as alongside creative team and programmers to develop a wide array of print and Web pieces for clients including IBM, John Deere, and Sony Ericsson. Served as lead designer on creating the identity for Red Hat’s Linux 7 software release.

Worked with creative director and copywriter on Fortune 500 clients, including Michelin, Hanes, and Pergo. Created designs from concept to completion for logos, brochures, displays, ads, national campaigns, and websites.

I worked with art directors, designers, and illustrators to develop campaigns for local events, including one for the Red Cross.
