Clients range from large public sector bodies (The NHS, The Cabinet Office) to established financial blue chip companies.I was recruited to reorganise the training business unit and jumpstart internal/external training and development through a multi-pronged approach that included fresh strategy, training diversification, and process redesign.I undertook the design, development, and delivery of all training operations externally for high-profile and complex organisations which include the Civil Service, NHS, Shell, Barclays, Marks and Spencer, Bank of England, PWC, Chubb and Balfour Beatty. Developed and managed unique training needs analysis to capture key processes and ensure engaging and cost-effective implementation and monitoring of training for each external client including train-the-trainer.Managed the internal Induction programme for all new joiners across the department to include soft-skills training and product /service specific training. Drove additional talent management initiatives across the department. Developed the core curriculum available to all business support staff in line with Equiniti development framework.

All the while they are being attacked by monstrous email Worms and Computer viruses such as the deadly space-filler.Follow the story, and learn with them, as they find out how to code in Python, create Web Pages in HTML, run SQL queries, connect with PHP, develop mobile Apps in Java and see how computers work, all to save the town, and the Internet, from destruction. Key achievements in role:I was part of the team that created a 16 Terabyte database for Sainsbury's. I created a computer based training system to be used to explain the concepts of multi-dimensional databases.
