Led Homeownership center in new direction with the net result of increasing capacity, income and profitability. Organized a $2.25 Million loan pool with eight area lenders to provide affordable loans to low and moderate income families. Implemented significant changes from the prior pool including creating two new loan products, streamlining the underwriting process and partnering with Freddie Mac on technology and program funding.
