Tom is photojournalist, specialised in event and portrait photography.Previously, he worked as creative producer and researcher for VRT (Vlaamse Radio & Televisie, Flemish public broadcast company), at the Research & Development department called O&I ("Onderzoek & Innovatie").In the past, Tom worked as digital project manager for VRT, developing new websites, mobile sites, mobile applications (both iOS and Android) and digital strategies. He was webmaster of www.canvas.be, Canvas being one of Belgium's leading television channels.Before, he worked as senior management consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM Consulting for almost 6 years, where he gained advanced knowledge of the SAP Sales & Distribution, Materials Management and Customer Relationship Management processes, in both SAP design and business processes (re)design. Tom was project team lead for the implementation of the SAP SD & MM module on both medium-sized and global projects, mainly in the chemical, pharmaceutical and packaging industries, in both Belgium and abroad (Brazil, Mexico, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxemburg).Tom studied in Leuven (Belgium), Paris (France) and Pavia (Italy).He holds a Master in Applied Economics degree and a Bachelor Degree in Applied Economics (Marketing), both acquired at KU Leuven with distinction.
