Contract academic instructor for MBA 6153: Corporate Governance & Law.The course examines contemporary issues with respect to the control and oversight of the modern corporation. Topics include the legal and institutional dimensions of business organizations, the significance of ethics in management, the roles and responsibilities of the board of directors, the rights of shareholders, disclosure of corporate affairs, and various other legal matters relevant for effective business leadership.
