My role is to support achievement of Microsoft Dynamics revenue and scorecard targets and ensure field roles have more customer and partner face time by driving excellence in sales process execution, improved field enablement and the smart use of technology. This is done through the following key accountabilities: Working with the sales leads to ensure individual on-boarding plans are in place prior to new hire start date. Assisting new hires during the on-boarding and track and report key sales productivity metrics to monitor their progress.
