My role is to support achievement of Microsoft Dynamics revenue and scorecard targets and ensure field roles have more customer and partner face time by driving excellence in sales process execution, improved field enablement and the smart use of technology. This is done through the following key accountabilities: Working with the sales leads to ensure individual on-boarding plans are in place prior to new hire start date. Assisting new hires during the on-boarding and track and report key sales productivity metrics to monitor their progress. Educating sellers on operational processes and tools to improve their efficiency and effectiveness and manage team adoption of new systems, tools and processes. Providing sales support to Dynamics sellers on opportunity management, licensing, purchasing and systems issues (e.g. CRM)Managing a local rhythm to ensure timely completion and review of account plans, opportunity plans, WinWires and Win/Loss reviews.Supporting the Sales Leads to manage DBC quality, quota allocation in the tool and regular named account/opportunity reallocation processes.
