Pariveda Solutions is a remarkable consulting firm with a people-development mission. I was responsible for the talent development, talent acquisition, internal communications, and core HR components of our organization. Pariveda uses Holacracy for enterprise governance, so internally my role was Lead Link of the People Circle. I was also responsible for the people strategy for Pariveda and for contributing to the overall enterprise strategy.

As Office Managing Vice President for New York, I was a senior member of the Pariveda Solutions management team reporting to the East Region Managing Vice President and was responsible for building, growing and managing the local market consulting practice. Responsibilities included managing large accounts, recruiting and developing consulting talent, providing strategic advice to C-level executives, overseeing technology services delivery, and managing the market P&L.

As Managing Director of the Northeast Region, I was responsible for the business success of Neudesic in Boston, New York City, and Philadelphia. With my local leadership team comprised of experts in technical delivery, project management, and complex sales, I managed the team of consultants local to the Northeast and led the extended sales teams operating in the region. I also managed the financial, operational, and recruitment aspects of the regional business.
