I love meeting new people, learning new things, and solving difficult problems. Analyzing and advising employers about their benefits and HR challenges provides me with lots of opportunities to connect with other business professionals and help them make difficult financial decisions. I began my career in the benefits business in 2001 and have watched its evolution closely. The last 20 years have brought new employer mandates, regulatory responsibilities, and a dizzying number of tech tools to support them. Employers need the help of trusted advisors to attract and retain the best talent for their organization. Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and traveling/exploring with family and friends.
