I am a gym nerd leveraging 20 years of experience in the gym, along with my education, to help everyday people improve their lives and bodies.I also coach strength athletes looking to compete in strongman and powerlifting.

During my time at Marquardt I have led the charge for standardization of work for 15 technicians and 6 engineers resulting in substantial cost-savings, but also resulting in a more professional deliverable to our customers. I continue to lead this charge by implementing assessments, KPI's, and offering training on a number of various topics. I also continue to develop intra and inter-department processes for tasks such as QTP writing, report writing, failure reporting and analysis, and the use of tools such as PLM and Sharepoint.Day to day tasks involve project management and technical support to my team in the area of design and process validation. Additional responsibilities include failure reporting, root cause analysis, gauge R&R studies, and customer report-outs.
