Cove Watersports has been in operation for over 10 years and is one of the largest wakeboard and waterski schools in BC. As General Manager, I was responsible for daily operations such as scheduling and hiring staff, sales and marketing, customer relationship management, and finance. As a wakeboard and waterski instructor I developed excellent customer service skills through managing groups of up to 14 customers. I was in charge of ensuring safety, and delivering great customer service and an overall enjoyable experience, whilst using patience and determination to help each new wakeboarder/waterskiier succeed in the sport. Other key roles:- Managed all digital marketing, including email advertising campaigns and running social media pages. - In charge of customer relationship management and sales via phone, email, and in person. From collecting payments to following up on customer inquiries and concerns. - Responsible for hiring and training staff.

Seaspan Ship Management is a ship owner that has dramatically expanded to become one of the largest ship owners and operators in the world. As an HR intern it was my role to assist in the implementation of a new software (Shipmate) that managed scheduling, payroll, and expenses for 2000 personal. I analyzed the current software (NS5) in order to find data inconsistencies and then worked with team members and outside consultants to assist in the transition to the new software . Other roles included creating excel spreadsheets for team members and general administrative work.

As an Operations Intern, I compiled and collected supporting documentation for guarantee claims against shipbuilders. I assisted in putting together claims for 8 container ships.

The North Vancouver Spring Flag Football League has been in operation since approximately 2010. Growing from approximately 10 teams to over 1500 players since I started with the league. My role as Field Supervisor was to manage game day operations. Which involved the set up and take down of the field as well as the coordination of the games. Including conflict resolution, employee management, and ensuring games were all taking place on time.
