I work directly with our salespeople and our product teams to design solutions for many of the largest lenders, credit unions, and financial institutions in the US. As the fourth full-time employee at Walletron (since acquired by ACI Worldwide!), I was quickly promoted to Director of Implementation and personally saw to it that every one of our partners & clients enjoyed a seamless & successful implementation. I personally developed many tools to automate implementations, managed the development process of data integrations with both partners & clients, and supported the sales team by designing solutions catered towards each client's needs. Helping navigate the successful acquisition of our company by ACI Worldwide is easily the proudest moment of my career thus far. At CMC (now known as Katabat, since acquired by Finvi), I specialized in Spring, Hibernate, the Twilio API, and Test Automation through the use of the Selenium API to develop web applications and back end processes for multiple financial institution world leaders, specifically in the collections realm. I was blessed to have been chosen to be the Scrum Master of CMC's first agile product team, and in the year that followed learned first-hand how teamwork and communication in an agile setting can drive enormous success.
