I was engaged to develop new business, negotiate client contracts, and oversee execution of client projects. In this role, I managed resource allocation, client site acquisitions, lease negotiations, design development, and construction management. I also directly supervised a 20-member team and managed project budgets of up to $170M.Key Accomplishments:✓ Led the team that successfully secured the ANN Inc. account (up to $100M annual capital budget) and served as project executive to deliver end-to-end store development program (1,000+ site multi-brand real estate portfolio).✓ Managed advisory services, projects, and vendor coordination for Gap, Inc (Gap, Old Navy, and Banana Republic stores).✓ Retained Spanx, Inc. from previous role with Dougherty Partners and delivered construction management services, budget development, scheduling, RFP development, vendor selection, procurement, and store turnover/close-out.✓ Led the project management of an award winning Cannondale Bike Shop prototype.✓ Directed full exterior restoration of 3 buildings on Park Avenue in New York City for the Consulate of Sweden. Liaised with New York City Preservation Committee and Landmarks division.✓ Drove 12-month entitlement/zoning process for Salamander Resort & Spa, creating a 340 acre, $170M five-star resort.

I founded this firm and delivered comprehensive management of all aspects of development for high-profile clients. I negotiated and secured client contracts, cultivated a network of Architects, Designers, and Construction Project Managers, led site acquisition and lease negotiation functions, supervised design development and construction, and managed zoning and permits.
