Rowling's literary agency to ensure the site was consistent with the writer's brand and stories.* Worked with in-house and external lawyers to understand rights ownership, data protection, e-commerce, and online child protection laws.* Owned the product roadmap and backlog and the on-going process of prioritisation to match shifting business and franchise needs. * Reviewed output of user research to understand the different segments of the fanbase and what they wanted to get from the site.
