- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of compliance with BW Offshore HSEQ policies and procedures in the Sendje Berge FPSO.- Taking full responsibility for the implementation of the BWO Permit To Work (PTW) system for effective control of work and strict compliance with all requirements in the PTW system amongst the project team.- Coordinate risk assessment and evaluation review meetings – job safety analysis (JSA) and participate in formal safety assessment (FSA) with heads of department, system responsible persons, work team leads, and onshore asset management team respectively for critical project tasks.- Responsible for the management of portable fire-fighting systems for the project team ensuring they are monthly inspected and readily available for use in an emergency.- Responsible for the prompt reporting of incidents from the project team and participate in the incident investigation and share lessons learned with the project personnel in toolbox talk and monthly HSE meetings.-Coordinated HSE training, inductions, and awareness sessions for project personnel on-board the FPSO.Responsible for motivating both operations and project personnel for the implementation of the safety observation program (Safety Observation Card and Stop Work Authority) to ensure effective feedback mechanism to sustain a safe workplace on-board the SB FPSO.
