Began as an agent and earned various management positions, eventually was responsible for a sales crew of 52 agents and 5 Regional Manager's over a 7 state area. Responsibilities included all aspects of training and development including cold calling and prospecting for new clients, team building and always leading by example through personal production and proper goal setting.
