Professional Recruiter/Account Executive

• Collaborate with clients and HR partners to develop understanding of company culture, business strategy, position profiles, candidate requirements, and expectations to effectively deliver on the hiring needs of the organization• Manage recruitment operations through the execution of full life cycle recruitment for various positions in wide ranging industries• Attract, influence, and convert hard to find talent through understanding the competitive environment, specific business requirements, and the candidate value proposition • Generate qualified candidate pools through effective sourcing through job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), referrals, networking, and other alternative sourcing methods• Understand job requirements, create job descriptions and postings, conduct candidate sourcing, identify viable candidates, screen & interview candidates, and coordinate placement process• Utilize recruitment tools such as an applicant tracking system (ATS) for workflow tracking, productivity management, and administration of candidates • Specialize in difficult to fill positions – accounting, finance, operations, programming, coding, web technologies, software development, networking and emerging technologies, requiring a broad base of business and technical acumen
