Twenty six years experience in the manufacturing sector. Thirteen years in a supervisory role, responsible for a team of about twelve people. Now a Continuous Improvement Manager responsible for deployment and facilitation of Lean Tools and Processes with the aim of embedding a Lean culture throughout the organisation. Manages Lean Productivity Project meetings that involve brainstorming and root cause analysis. Achievements to date include driving product improvement yields on machine lines. Implementing systems that include new process techniques and new technology. Qualified Black Belt in Lean. Achieved a First Class Honours Degree (QQI Level 8) in Accounting & Finance at Griffith College Cork in 2020 and a First Class Honours in Lean Quality Systems (Black Belt) Post Graduate Specialist Diploma (QQI Level 9) at University Limerick. Currently in my final year of a BA in Industrial Engineering Griffith College Limerick (QQI Level 7)
