My name is Tom, I'm an engineer with over 20 years of experience in the field of computer aided engineering and simulation driven design.I work for Altair, a global leader in computational science and artificial intelligence (AI) that provides software, cloud solutions and services in simulation, high-performance computing (HPC), data analytics, and AI.As Consulting Team Manager my focus is on helping customers achieve innovative, sustainable and greener products through the application of simulation driven design, process automation and design optimisation. Over the course of my career I have developed solutions for the automotive, aerospace and marine industries and I am currently focused on the development of multi-disciplinary optimisation tools and processes while maintaining an interest in additive manufacturing.
