About Tom Hartley

Sport changes lives. And I am dedicated to support the development of sport to help people fulfil their potential, in all areas of their lives. I am committed to shaping the future of coaching, positioning people, relationships and connection front and centre. I truly believe that we have an opportunity to use the magic of sport to make a positive difference to the world.With over 20 years of experience working across the athlete and coach development pathway as a coach, coach developer and leader, I have extensive experience of designing and implementing athlete and coach development pathways creating memorable and impactful learning environments and leading the creation and delivery of game-changing strategy.I have significant experience of building strong and effective groups and teams through relationship with people and strategic partners, positioning the work I do to support positive change from a local to system level. I think differently, understand the power of putting people first and am incredibly excited about what the future of sport and coaching holds.
