• Collaborated with talent and performance leads from over 40 different sports, with the ambition of addressing the risks and opportunities of: professionalisation of coaching, world leading coaching and coach development, pipeline of coaching talent, health & wellbeing of the coaching community.• Led insight-led coach development initiatives that created opportunities for coaches with the ambition of: aspiring to work in the performance pathway, wanting to develop knowledge & skills to improve coaching practice, transition to work in world-class programme environments.• Provided 1:1 and group coach development support for over 30 coaches working in the performance pathway, enabling a blended, modern, and supportive approach to coach development.• Generated quarterly reports for UK Sport to show impact of coach development initiatives, and shape future working, as well as using insight to share with sports and Home Nation Sport Councils.

Working directly in prisons across England and supporting football community trusts to develop their provision for working in prison, this project harnessed the power of football to address reoffending rates across the country. By providing strategic direction for the development of the Twinning Project, and leading insitu delivery, this work played a part in driving positive change in the lives of vulnerable individuals.• Collaborating with and supporting football community foundations across England to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.• Aligning programme outcomes with the objectives and delivery standards of HMPPS.• Leading the coaching and leadership programme at HMP Downview, supporting over 30 female prisoners, using football as the vehicle to develop a variety of intra and interpersonal skills.

During my ten-year tenure at The Football Association, I held various roles within The FA Skills Programme, an initiative designed to support participation in football for children aged 5-11 years old. I played a significant role in a child-first coaching movement that inspired young people to play and remain in sport, fostering meaningful connections and driving positive change through football.• Delivered football coaching sessions and coach & teacher support in primary schools, grassroots clubs, and after-school football provisions (skill centres), contributing to creating over 1 million opportunities for children to play football.• Led a team of coaches at a county level, developing a provision of coaching activities in collaboration with the local County Football Association, aligned to goals of the national programme.• Led large team of 18 FA Skills team leaders, with a wider responsibility for 30 skills coaches across 19 county regions.• Relationship management with 18 County FAs, aligning the FA Skills programme with local needs and priorities.• Led on the development of The FA Skills Programme Education offer, and collaboration with professional football club academy programmes.

Led a team committed to creating a player-driven coaching strategy, putting children and young people at the heart of programme design and delivery. Collaboratively developed a vision that aimed to inspire every girl to love the game and unlock their full potential within one of the most successful women's football clubs in the world.• Created the opportunity for over 30,000 girls a year to engage in football activities, delivered through a holistic approach to player development.• Designed and executed an innovative, player-centred strategy for women's football at Arsenal FC.
