Here's what I love -- meeting with a leader, listening to their story, clarifying what has gotten them stuck, and then gently offering alternatives that give them freedom. Now, when I can connect all of that to a transcendent purpose, I know that I have done my job. Simply, I don't believe that we need to be helpless or discouraged because we are made in the image of God.I get to do all of this because of the CEO business forums that I am privileged to facilitate where we ask what does it mean to "build a great business for a greater purpose." Excellent business with a life-changing purpose.It's better than dunking a basketball (which I would do if I had something more than a 2-inch vertical jump).
