I worked as online editor of ICAEW Insights, the digital communications platform for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.In January 2020, I oversaw the launch of the ICAEW Insights website and the Daily/Weekly/Monthly email programme - at the time a new communications platform for the Institute's 184,000 members. The site drove record levels of traffic to ICAEW's webpages, record engagement with the Institute's email programme and helped countless businesses and accounting practices through the COVID-19 crisis.
