In late 2019 I shifted my focus into the wider Engineering market encompassing Civils, Structural and Mechanical design engineers, Cost Engineering and Quantity Surveying. A role completed in tandem with my final year at University, after completing 2 years of work on the bar. My responsibilities included:- Leading and managing 70 bar staff through the year.- Managing an area of the venue and being the frontal face of the club when on shift.- Training staff to have the required skills to work behind the bar and other areas of the club.- Responsibility of organising and managing staff meetings.- Developing new ideas for running the venue, cashing up and stock management.- Organising regular social events throughout the year

I worked with REC to augment my studies in the summers of 2012 and 2013, my duties included:- Completing gas and groundwater sample collections- Site visits and initial walkovers - Logging of soil samples to British and EU standards- Completing Phase 1 and Phase 2 desk studies for Contaminated Land- Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers- Completing intrusive drilling works- General support of Senior staff
