A role completed in tandem with my final year at University, after completing 2 years of work on the bar. My responsibilities included:- Leading and managing 70 bar staff through the year.- Managing an area of the venue and being the frontal face of the club when on shift.- Training staff to have the required skills to work behind the bar and other areas of the club.- Responsibility of organising and managing staff meetings.- Developing new ideas for running the venue, cashing up and stock management.- Organising regular social events throughout the year
