--Provide technical, operational, and programmatic leadership for ECMC's non-profit college access centers in Alexandria and RIchmond, VA.--Initiate and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, agencies, organizations, and industry leaders --Drive innovation through design thinking to address specific needs of educational institutions and community organizations.--Develop innovative multi-modal tools and resources and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.--Increased productivity of Richmond location by enhancing college prep events, school/CBO partnerships, and student/partner touchpoints.--Advocate for effective policies and practices to empower marginalized youth towards post-secondary success and career attainment--Lead large-scale statewide projects with multiple stakeholders for events like VA Virtual FAFSA Initiative and SPOC Initiative

--Led career exploration and personal development programming for seven high schools.--Improved and implemented network-wide career exploration model and managed 16-week internship program for over 900 10th grade students--Expanded strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations to provide career exploration and internship opportunities.--Managed a team of 9 (nine) Internship Coordinators and network-wide career-related events.--Expanded organizational understanding of post-secondary planning to include vocational, trade, and apprenticeship programming.

--Directed and coordinated college access program services for Project H.O.M.E. residents and Philadelphia residents, significantly increasing program participation and college enrollment rates--Managed a team of assistants, instructors, and volunteers, providing academic, social/emotional, and financial support to students.--Achieved high college retention and graduation rates through effective programming, mentoring, and advocacy.--Managed donor-funded scholarship programs and collaborate on fundraising efforts.--Presented reports to executive leadership, stakeholders, and grant making organizations
