With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, staff, and families. I have a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice. I am also a best-selling author who has published books and articles on topics such as faith, fear, and fortitude. My mission is to empower and inspire others to achieve their full potential and overcome their challenges.As a Principal at Union County Public Schools, I oversee the daily operations and academic performance of a Pre-K school of up to 200 students and 30 staff members. I collaborate with teachers, coaches, and administrators to develop and implement effective curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional development strategies. I also foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and accountability among the school community. Some of my Leadership achievements include increasing student enrollment, retention, and achievement, securing grants and partnerships, and launching innovative programs and initiatives. I leverage my skills in Pre-K, teacher mentoring, and tutoring to support and enhance the quality of education and student outcomes.
