Current-Create educational materials to train all members on what composting is, the environmental benefits of composting, and local, regional, and state policies; resulting in very little contamination throughout member base.-Build, process, and maintain an ASP system to effectively compost organics.-Team lead and responsible for interfacing with 3000+ commercial and residential customers spanning The Front Range.- Consult with Director at DEN to effectively implement waste diversion practices at one of the busiest airports in the US.-Build relationships with employees and member base: local governments, property managers, business owners, and residential members.-Contributes to diverting 7 million pounds (and counting) of organics from the landfill.-Manage a team of 5 to ensure operations run smoothly.
