Within this period, I also practiced training the manufacturing engineering team and interface department how to better control R&D efforts so dFMEA and pFMEA are stopping any incomplete technology factually, as a DFM effort, and with constructive and systematic proposals and product design before serial production.Finished within two-man team a project for ecological emission control from paint shops and impregnation processes, rare kind of project in Serbia.
