My strategic influence on leadership ensured best practices in development and sales performance.At Nestlé UK & Ireland (2019-2021), I served as the Head of Group Sales Capability. Here, I was instrumental in driving sales performance, managing the Nestlé Sales Academy with a £550K budget.
