Technical Service Consultant for the lubricants divison including the Krytox product line.

New Product Development & Evaluation:•Evaluation and new product development needed to fulfill customer needs in our current product line. •Reverse engineering of competitive products and product needs presented to customers and by the sales force. •As products are developed, work directly at customer sites testing performance and evaluation of our products. •Meet with additive vendors to acquire and test new additives for the company. Main focus is with oil based products, which include hydraulic fluids, gear oils, grinding oils, cutting oils and drawing compounds.Product Troubleshooting & Technical Support:•Work with our sales force and customers to rectify performance issues in the field with our products. This includes working directly with the customer and sales force to identify the problem and the solution.Quality Control: •Work together with the quality control department to ensure that finished products meet the proper performance specifications as they are manufactured. •Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet vendor published specifications.
