I have worked in IPS Ltd for over 20 years. My role here involves managing a team of engineers on a daily basis. I am responsible for ensuring copiers are configured correctly to order specifications and are functioning properly for timely delivery to client locations. As the service engineer manager I recognise that well maintained equipment is an integral part of our customers' business and likewise we appreciate that our service engineers are the foundation of our structure. IPS provide bespoke training, including connectivity and networking competencies to give our service engineers the skills they need out in the field, to provide a first class service to our customers.I work with an excellent team who all pride themselves on exemplary customer service.
