Before joining Sprinklr I was a Senior Manager at West Monroe, most recently the Sales Strategy & Effectiveness discipline lead. In this role, I was responsible for leading Business Development, Practice Development, and people development while driving high-impact delivery with clients. I led complex sales strategy and effectiveness projects for clients across various industries, leveraging my analytical and financial skills to take a data-based approach to assessing, designing, and implementing Sales Effectiveness drivers including customer segmentation, portfolio strategy, commercial (marketing, sales, post-sales, operations) organization design, customer engagement process, and rewards & incentives to drive top and bottom-line growth.Before joining West Monroe in July 2022, I spent over seven years at ZS, where I progressed from a Consultant to a Manager in the Strategy Insights & Planning practice. There, I supported clients in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, conducting business valuations and integrations, and improving their business planning processes and sales forecasting.
