Hello! I am a recent graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in planning and public policy, passionate about making cities more affordable, sustainable, and livable. Currently I work with the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency as a year-long fellow, assisting in the agency's marketing, regulatory, and policy divisions. Previously, I served as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey, taking on a wide range of projects such as grassroots crime prevention in Paterson, eviction prevention outreach to tenants, and research into rent stabilization policies. My prior internships with New Jersey Future and the Affordable Housing Alliance strengthened my interest in smart growth, transit-oriented development, and tackling the state's cost of living crisis, while also allowing me to build on my writing, research, and policy skills. I hope to eventually work for a planning department in New Jersey specializing in housing and community development.
