I am training to become a radiation oncology medical physicist. I am responsible for the ongoing quality assurance of superficial Gulmay unit, and actively participate in Linac acceptance testing, commissioning and quality assurance. I have been instrumental in the improvement and documentation of quality assurance processes for high dose rate.

Key role: I assisted the lecturers by correcting the weekly homework of up to 60 students per term for courses in Experimental Physics and Molecular Physics. Key role: After initial supervision, I independently conducted surface modification experiments, data collection and analysis. I etched the surface of polished silicon samples with jets of ionized Argon in vacuum. I then analyzed the sample with an optical profiler and an interferometer microscope in a cleanroom, thus quantifing little understood effects.

As member of this democratically elected council, I was supporting students with the organisation of their courses and represented their legitimate interests in front of teaching staff. I created and distributed study-related information, organised numerous social events, and conducted an evaluation of the teaching staff. The councils strategy was reviewed.
