• Conducted backups and restores of various OS/applications in a Legato disk to tape environment ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
• Planned, or assisted with the planning, then executed three successful data center moves, as well as numerous employee moves to reduce the Germantown sites’ ‘footprint’ to facilitate the subleasing of space.
• Reviewed maintenance agreements to insure proper coverage. Saved over $30,000 in 2009, and over $40,000 in 2010 by eliminating unnecessary expenses.
• Developed and implemented plan to systematically shut down and remove all IT infrastructure for the Germantown MD site upon announcement that facility was being closed. This involved documenting and returning leased.

• Manned the helpdesk during test and implementation phases.
• Interviewed applicants for numerous positions.
• Participated on a team that designed and installed an Aspect CallCenter at the Reston VA facility. Was the lead technical team member for the design and installation of a second Aspect CallCenter for a Martinsburg WV.
• Utilized proprietary Aspect applications to design reports and custom monitoring tools to help leadership manage call center personnel and metrics.
