My experience with overall construction dates back to my adolescence helping my dad. I worked as union brick layer for 6 years, then owned my own home building company ( GNX GROUP) for 3 years and then ran a historic restoration small business simply tuck pointing and restoring old buildings after a tornado crushed our small city nearby. Aside from the Navy, I have always been in the industry of hands on craftmanship and know the labor/material costs very well. I believe that doing anything in life with Honor, Courage and Commitment is the foundation for success. Ive branched out the last couple years in a Director of Operations role for a corporate rental services company. My role as Director of Operations is not limited to but includes payroll, budgeting, running a crew of drivers, sales, client retention and managing along with the occasional route driving when we need relief. Im not above any act or role needed for my team to succeed. During my team at On site Companies I have earned all my quarterly bonuses which are employee retention based and profit margin based.
