- Full category ownership across Luggage, Accessories and Soft Goods reporting into Buying Director- Team of 4 direct reports, 2 Buyers, 1 Assistant Buyer, 1 Buying Admin- Responsible for personal development of buying team, implementing quarterly PDP targets providing constructive feedback and L&D opportunity- Responsible for sales and margin targets across personal and direct reports categories- Delivering procurement strategy set by Buying Director, identifying new opportunities and on boarding new product categories- Leading forecasting across the product portfolio in collaboration with merchandising to ensure maximum availability alongside delivering cost savings and terms improvements

- Responsible for multiple top 10 brands with £10m annual gross revenue- Leading terms negotiation with suppliers including prices, rebates, payment terms, marketing budgets, and ESD's- Critical management of inventory, maximisation of aged stock sell through and implementation of sales strategies- Collaborating with suppliers to write joint business plans that effectively drive the business forward whilst working closely with key stakeholders to ensure they are implemented and achieved- Advanced data driven approach using excel, SQL and PowerBI to identify trends, opportunities and efficiency savings, including spending patterns, supplier performance and inventory levels- 1 direct report, responsible for personal progression and performance of the Buying Admin role

- Responsible for range management and sourcing across multiple suppliers- Negotiating cost prices to deliver best value for the business- Managing supplier relationships including monitoring of performance and identifying areas for improvement- Managing inventory levels ensuring enough stock to meet demand whilst limiting overstocks- Data analysis to identify trends, cost saving opportunities and inform sourcing decisions
