During employment I coordinated and developed the charity’s community, running and challenge events fundraising income of over £125K annually. Major aspect of role was the marketing of events, recruitment of participants for events including Virgin Money London Marathon and Vitality Bath Half Marathon and stewarding these supporters. Through strong, personal stewardship I exceeded income targets on a number of events. During the period I developed strong relationships with a range of suppliers. I worked strongly with a number of internal teams to improve process and also assist with re-brand so that all resources represented current brand. Held a key role for the delivery of the charity’s annual Christmas concert at Bath Abbey. In 2014, as event lead I was responsible for all aspects of this multifaceted event including marketing, ticket sales, event planning and relationship management with all stakeholders and performers.
