About Tom Mackay

I am the Founder at Lento, a borderless branding and digital creative agency that creates unparalleled stories and digital experiences for tech and lifestyle brands.Lento was born out of the idea of being frustrated with the way other agencies work and my desire to create a fully remote team that is from cultures all over the world. I believe by having a team founded on diversity and promoting a healthy lifestyle allows us to deliver creativity that is on another level. Born in Australia, over the course of my career I have been privileged to have travelled and worked for many companies and agencies around the world. Eventually this led me to an opportunity in Argentina, where I have lived for the past 4 years. I have 15+ years' experience in a diverse range of digital marketing and leadership positions. However, I thrive in implementing brand strategies, especially when it comes to helping young brands digitally transform. We live in an amazing period of creativity. I'm a believer in the cross blend of design, data and technology and using them to connect brands with their audience on an emotional level and build a loyal community. I love to share my experiences and knowledge, compassion for people and high energy to the benefit of the community and everyone I work with.
