I work in app development as a liaison between staff and IT folks, as a product owner and project manager.

So proud of this web development and digital marketing company! It started as a bit of moonlighting and grew through word-of-mouth referrals, until I was able to make it my day job. I added a junior developer to the team six months later. We love solving problems and we love our clients.

I brought technical writing and programming skills into this role, and learned so much about marketing, UX, and client relationships. I built and maintained a Share Your Story web app (PHP, JQeury, SQL), maintained 1000+ Google My Business profiles, was the in-house broadcast email developer, ran successful Google Ads campaigns, created landing pages that converted, got Google Analytics certified, and enjoyed solving technical problems, teaching what I knew, and being a diplomat between our team and the dozens of departments we interacted with.

Maintained and added features to a custom CMS. Collaborated with subject-matter experts to build decision-tree websites for healthcare research.

Wrote and edited documentation for OHSU's 15,000+ employee community. Created how-to docs and content guidelines.
