Led and coordinated efforts to ensure newly acquired company, Analog Analytics, was successfully integrated into Barclays. Analog Analytics was the market leader in highly-interactive digital coupons based out of Solana Beach CA. I led the Technology, HR and Finance projects related to the integration of the business. The role required 50% travel to CA and coordination of resources in both the US and the UK.

As the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for Barclaycard US, I was responsible for overseeing the security operations group in the US.

Served as manager of operations for technology and information security, motivating and leading 150+ employees and 15 cross-functional contractors distributed across multiple U.S. sites. Administered $50M annual budget for both roles. Executed full responsibility for sourcing, implementing, and maximizing cross-platform productivity systems including servers, databases, and storage, and ensuring Service Level Agreements with business users and partners.

Led critical component of Technology Operations department encompassing 7 teams with 40 full-time and contracted experts in technical specializations including Unix, Helpdesk, Microsoft, Database Operations, Backup and Storage.

Executed complete latitude for development of major client accounts and retooling of enterprise strategy to focus on high-value, long-term clients. Developed strategies to strengthen sales and total profits as architect of teams, business model, and tactical plans. Grew staff to 20+ specialists, with 95% revenue deriving from major clients. Developed valuable contracts with MBNA, opening huge revenue pipeline, supporting conversion to major enterprise-oriented business, and allowing Tristate to deal competitively with much larger rivals. Increased sales 400%, including cultivation of MBNA account from $0 to $500K+ in annual service revenue.
