Products included industrial chemicals and food packaging products. Responsible for all Accounting, Computers, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Office & Facility Management for a $75 million division. Managed a staff of 7 employees. Designed and implemented an ERP system (Solomon), a costing system, and a proprietary bar-coding system for inventory tracking. As a result, headcount remained constant during the period from 2002 to 2006, as sales doubled and operating income tripled. ROA grew steadily, exceeding 15%. Developed several customer and product tracking databases used to defend company against ‘anti-dumping (price)’ disputes brought on by domestic competitor. Worked with lawyers and economic consultants to successfully defend company’s market position.Lead multifunctional team to analyze facility space needs. Project included identifying new facilities compared to building out existing facility. Project concluded with the on-time and within budget, relocation into a new 150% larger facility, without business interruption.
