Working as a part of the project management team on-site, delivering a 40 millioneuro apartment project. The project is for the delivery of 52 residential apartments for elderly with supports, the first of its kind in Ireland. Working alongside senior project manager and senior site manager. • Overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction project from inception to completion.• Planning and scheduling project tasks, including creating timelines, setting deadlines and assigning tasks to various team-members and sub-contractors.• Coordinating and communicating with Architects, Client, Engineers, Contract Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Health and Safety Manager, City Council, Subcontractors and Labourers to ensure the effective communication and efficientworkflow of the project.• Managing the ordering and hiring process for building machinery/plant, materials, waste skips, concrete, PPE(personal protective equipment) and office supplies.• Creating weekly inspection plans for Quality and Health and Safety on siteand report and issue any snags if needed.• Managing technical submittals and ensuring they are approved on time. • Managing the Building Control and Regulation(BCAR) procedures for the project. • Aligning with the Contract Manager to ensure we are on time with the construction programme that has been set out using Microsoft Projects.• Working with software like Microsoft Project to measure where we are in terms of time on the project. • Documenting plans for site procedures such as apartment completion tracker, concrete pre-pour checklist.• Conducting site inductions ensuring everyone is aware of the site-specificrisks and health & safety procedures, and that they have the necessarydocuments to allow them on site and have signed their RAMs and Safety Statements.
