Account Manager
Current- As a Data & Analytics Account Manager I am responsible for building client relationships, understanding the local and regional labor markets, and consulting with clients to implement the most effective talent.
- Responsible for account management, relationship management, new business development, and contract negotiation
- Accountable for meeting weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals pertaining to new business development, revenue, profit, and customer market share and penetration
- Develop relationships with both executive level and line managers in order to secure new business opportunities
- Manage daily activity and productivity of my recruiting partners assuming responsibility for their coaching and mentoring which includes ongoing career development. Partner with Delivery team in identifying top IT.
