- Responds to Public Health emergencies such as COVID-19 by supporting strategic response planning and emergency management efforts. - Manages 2 federal grants to maintain a high level of emergency readiness in the department of public health.

- Manages an $11M budget, for an organization comprising of 236 support personnel, through analysis and coordination with key stakeholders to meet the needs of training organizations that train over 3000 students on any given training day. - Processed and managed over $5M in contracts through well-established business practices and coordination with team members within the organization and outside the organization. Provided contract solutions to training requirements that enhanced maintenance procedures, student Soldier safety, and training effectiveness. - Led an investigation into the injury of a Soldier and government loss of property in excess of $100K through the use of well-established investigatory practices analyzing safety procedures, risk mitigation planning procedures, and relevant regulatory guidance to determine any fault present at the training accident and recommendations to mitigate systemic risk.

- Successfully led a total of 7 investigations resulting in systemic changes to property accountability practices and security practices as a result of my findings and recommendations. Through consultation with security experts, supply experts, staff judge advocates, and all applicable regulations, created extensive reports detailing the causes of security infractions, unethical decision-making, and loss of property as directed by the Battalion Commander. Chosen among 35 co-workers to lead 3 investigations that were escalated to the Commanding General or Inspector General level, due to the command’s faith in my ability to complete these investigations without bias while strictly adhering to regulation. - Assisted in streamlining an accountability process that draws operational cash for use during training exercises. Proactively identified a problem with the drawing of operational funds, researched applicable regulations and business practices, and created a standard operating procedure that allowed for the timely drawing of funds that still adhered to all regulatory guidance. - Created standard operations procedures for a congressionally mandated program supporting the spouses of active duty Special Operations Soldiers. Assisted a board of volunteers in organizing 5 events, procured congressionally appropriated funds for the events, and established business practices that allowed for timely use of funds while adhering to regulatory guidance. Successfully managed the budget of $75K working by, with, and through a committee of dedicated volunteers outside the chain of command.

- Commanded the Headquarters Support Company for a total of 4 months in the absence of the company Commander; administered to disciplinary actions, planning of operations, and management of a $500K budget annually. Responsible for the health, welfare, professional development, and safety of a 192 Soldier company responsible for support to no less than 50 training operations in 10 different countries on 3 continents each year. - Properly accounted for $87M worth of government property with the assistance of two Soldiers. Adhered to regulatory and command guidance in regards to accounting, maintaining, and/or requisitioning each item found on the property book of Headquarters Support Company to maintain good stewardship of Government property and Government resources. - Created and implemented a new training course at the unit that effectively on-boarded Soldiers arriving at the unit for the first time. The program was created to provide education in unit culture, mission essential Soldier qualifications, and dedicated administrative in-processing procedures. The program was so well-received that the higher echelon of command, as well as partner nations, requested briefings on the process of planning and executing the program of instruction.

- Successfully acquired new chemical decontamination equipment that presented the unit with enhanced capabilities to assist in their unique mission-set within the Indo-Pacific region. Responsible for the analysis, procurement, and writing of training programs with regards to a “commercial off-the-shelf” replacement to a dated and needlessly expensive army system. - Successfully submitted 24 monthly “Unit Status Reports” requiring communication, coordination, and buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization to properly reflect needs of the unit, training constraints, and budget constraints to properly reflect unit preparedness for contingency operations throughout the Indo-Pacific Region. - Successfully oversaw the Command Language Program, achieving the highest organizational proficiency rating among 1st Special Forces Command. Through the management of language instructors, acquisition of training aids, and sound judgement utilizing a $100K budget, the Command Language Program met and exceeded all goals set by the commander and kept the organization proficient on a mission critical skill set.

- Met with and assisted students accused of breaking student policies such as plagiarism, unsatisfactory grades, and assault. Guided students through the administration of University discipline and appeal procedures through the use of regulatory guidance.
